Not getting what I want?
Losing what I already have?

These thoughts become troublesome when I give them too much weight and seriousness.

Here’s what I need to do:

Focus on what I already have, rather than dwelling on what I lack.
Remind myself that even if I were to lose everything, I have the ability to rebuild and regain it all (and even surpass it).
Once I understand that I can alter my thoughts…

My happiness becomes untouchable, impervious to any external circumstances.

It’s Essential to Find a Balance that Aligns with your Values and Aspirations
